Ignita Veritas United (IVU) is publicly represented as an inter-governmental organization (IGO) by certain Governmental Officials who serve as the general leadership team coordinating the institutional work of many other levels of officials and executives. The most high-profile positions are presented here as an online executive brochure.
Note: All Government Officials also hold diplomatic status as Ambassadors at Large for the IGO, and thus may alternately use the prenominal style of address “His (Her) Excellency” (H.E.) in connection with their official functions.

Commander Stephen J. Wilde, B.S., J.D., LL.M.
Commander Stephen (“Steve”) Wilde holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Logistics, Juris Doctor in Environmental Law, and post-graduate Master of Laws in International Courts and cross-border enforcement. He served as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy Reserve as Lieutenant Commander, and is a licensed Chief Mate of oceanic ships of unlimited tonnage in the US Merchant Marines. He began his legal and litigation career as a Law Clerk for a Federal Judge of a US District Court, and Investigator for a US Congress Subcommittee on Small Business. As an influential legal educator he developed and taught training courses for two State Bar associations. Doctor Commander Edwin Franco, B.S., M.A., Ph.D.
Doctor Commander Edwin (“Ed”) Franco holds a Masters in Inter-Agency Relations and Doctorate in Diplomatic Affairs. Colonel Mark Pruitt, M.S.
Colonel Mark Pruitt holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Masters in Aerospace Technologies. He served in the United States Air Force as Assistant Director of Operations, and Inter-Agency Liaison Officer for Joint Special Operations Command. As Director and Commander for the Special Operations Squadron he orchestrated daily missions for rescue of captives from hostile territories, and security of service staff.
