Institutional Membership Network
Ignita Veritas United (IVU) is an inter-governmental organization (IGO) of humanitarian operations for human rights and the Rule of Law, supported by an active network of Member Institutions. Those Member Institutions are further backed by their own networks of strategic partnerships and affiliated institutions, which contribute additional networks of specialized experts from diverse professions.
As a result, the operations of IVU are driven by groups supported by other groups, sharing advanced capabilities and top talents on an institutional level. This collective nature makes IVU an “institution of institutions”, which is operated by a “network of networks”.
Through this international network coordinated with its Member Institutions, IVU engages in active collaboration and mutual support with diverse government agencies, human rights organizations and educational institutions which are independent, and well positioned for positive real-world impact for the benefit of humanity.
The following are descriptions of some of the featured Member Institutions, as separate and independent organizations, which support and collaborate with the IGO. This presents a partial list of only those which are accredited to Special Consultancy status with the Directional Secretariat, or Observer status with the Representative Council of Member States:
Blue Ocean Sentra Sejahtera (BOSS)
Blue Ocean Sentra Sejahtera (BOSS), named by the Indonesian words meaning “Center of Peace and Prosperity”, is a non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Hong Kong (since 2012). It provides government consulting, facilitation and trust management of private banking facilities and sovereign wealth funds, and arrangement of multinational financial trading platforms, specializing in humanitarian project funding. BOSS also manages a portfolio of next-level technology projects for advancement of civilization through the independent sovereignty of states representing the economically empowered self-governance of peoples worldwide.
Blue Ocean Sentra Sejahtera (BOSS) recognizes the unsustainable modernist “For-Profit Competitive Model” of technocracy as misleading humanity on the negative path of “Mutually Assured Death and Destruction (MADD)”. It thus concentrates on the need to replace that failing globalist system with a “Not-for-Profit Collaborative Model” driven by meritocracy, as a humanitarian value-based system advancing humanity to a new Golden Age of prosperity, by the fullest implementation of all human rights, through policies and programs for “Mutually Assured Peace and Prosperity (MAPP)”.
BOSS is a Member Institution in Special Consultancy status with the IGO Ignita Veritas United (IVU), making expert contributions to its research and development of economic technologies, humanitarian technologies and public policy, supporting its free and independent Member States.
Turin Aviation Group (TAG)
Turin Aviation Group (TAG) is a private resource for institutions and a government contractor, led by veterans of military and intelligence agencies. It provides security services involving intelligence and logistics support, and expert consulting services involving aerospace and engineering. TAG conducts all services and operations under the principle of “Esse non Videri” (“To be, not to be seen”). Its philosophy is to “respect our history and past, and keep a steady eye toward the future”.
Turin Aviation Group (TAG) services are provided through three primary departments: Its Commercial Services Division provides clients with strategic risk management and innovative solutions in the most demanding and extreme operational environments. TAG is a Member Institution in Special Consultancy status with the IGO Ignita Veritas United (IVU), making expert contributions to its inter-governmental state security operations, providing airborne logistics for its humanitarian relief and international security projects, and facilitating its inter-agency relations with cooperating governments.
International Solutions Consultants, Inc. (ISCI)
International Solutions Consultants, Inc. (ISCI) is a specialized boutique firm for institutional consulting services for organizations. It was established and is led by a network of veterans of federal agencies and military services, supported by a collective of civilian professionals skilled in finance, business and management. ISCI applies its resources as efficiency experts providing customized business support services, with advanced capabilities for operations management, risk management and project implementation.
International Solutions Consultants, Inc. (ISCI) services concentrate on its key role of “Bridging the Gap Between Chaos and Calm”, by guiding and assisting organizations to achieve next-level development. It conducts situational assessment through interpersonal “discovery gatherings”, providing written analysis reports identifying solutions for growth. Its most suitable experts then step into a temporary leadership role, as active mentorship to help move the organization through needed changes, for smooth and effective implementation of growth solutions.
ISCI is a Member Institution in Special Consultancy status with the IGO Ignita Veritas United (IVU), making expert contributions to its operational security, risk mitigation, and implementation of strategic projects for humanitarian relief and development, inter-governmental support, human rights, access to Justice, and Judiciary enforcement.
International Center for Law and Advocacy (ICLA)
The International Center for Law and Advocacy (ICLA) is an international law firm based in Cairo, Egypt, operating in Northern Africa and the European Union, with representation in the Netherlands. ICLA is registered with the Ministry of Justice and accredited to the Supreme Administrative Court and High Cassation Court of the Republic of Egypt, and is recognized by the Arab Lawyers Union and International Lawyers Union.
The International Center for Law and Advocacy (ICLA) specializes in national or governmental projects of commercial, educational and humanitarian institutions, with concentration on facilitating relations with government agencies, while protecting the sovereign interests of participating countries. ICLA aggressively represents both private sector and governmental clients for litigation in State Courts and International Courts, including class action lawsuits for collective groups of private parties.
ICLA is a Member Institution in Special Consultancy status with the IGO Ignita Veritas United (IVU), making expert contributions to its support for the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) through Egypt as a founding politically neutral leading NAM country, and facilitating cooperation with scholars of religious leadership in Egypt as the world cultural leader of the inter-faith Muslim-Christian Unity Movement.
International Academy for Building Capacity (IABC)
The International Academy for Building Capacity (IABC) is a professional training school based in Beirut Lebanon, with operations throughout the Middle East, and an office in London United Kingdom. It is named for its primary mission of “building” human civilization by developing the full human “capacity” of individuals. IABC has a long track record of successful management support of humanitarian missions for protection of refugees from war zones, including the effective implementation of all major Refugee Camps in Lebanon throughout the Syrian crisis since 2011.
The International Academy for Building Capacity (IABC) specializes in providing training courses, seminars and workshops teaching business development and management skills. Those educational programs are the natural result and practical application of its underlying operations of active real-world humanitarian projects. IABC has highly developed consulting departments in the key areas of: Fundraising assistance for non-profit organizations; Management services for non-profits and educational institutions; Research & advocacy for promoting human rights; Etiquette for professional conduct in high society representing positive traditional values uplifting humanity.

Bircham International University (BIU)
Bircham International University (BIU), based in Spain, is licensed and authorized by registration with the Ministry of Economy, and regulated by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs of Spain. It is extensively accredited and recognized in multiple countries as meeting or exceeding all of the highest international standards of the US, UK, EU and UN for higher education. BIU is a traditional university providing classical education by distance learning, as an alternative to the limitations of campus-based institutions.
Bircham International University (BIU) is a well-established university of over 25 years, which developed from Oxford International College (UK) since 1992, under Nobility Patronage of the Dynastic House of Bircham which acquired the university in 2000. Order of Sovereign Grail Queens
The Order of Sovereign Grail Queens is a matriarchal holy Order under leadership of women, in harmonic balance with participating men, continuing the lineage of Saint Mary Magdalene as a Gnostic Apostle of the Ancient Priesthood of Melchizedek originating from Mesopotamia since 10,068 BC.
